are Bryson Warren United (BWU) Class Of 2027 (Age 15 and Under) and Class Of
2032 (Age 10 and Under), a highly competitive, non-profit youth athletics team
based in Central Arkansas. We are writing to you on behalf of both teams to
request your sponsorship for our upcoming 2024 Spring/Summer Basketball Season.
BWU
2027/2032 are talented and competitive basketball teams composed of 24 players
(12 on each) talented and enthusiastic young players who aspire to excel both
academically and athletically. Our
team's mission is to empower young people to reach their full potential using
basketball as the vehicle to model intentional acts of teamwork, leadership,
and self-discipline. BWU
2027 has recently achieved impressive feats, such as earning a spot in the UA

To
achieve our goal of preparing our young student-athletes for life beyond
basketball, we have established four primary areas of focus: academic
enrichment, community service, mentorship, and college/career readiness. Through a supportive educational enrichment
environment, coaches, parents, and supporters collaborate with young
student-athletes on the importance of fitness, nutrition, team building,
community, communications, life skills, and more. We believe that by doing so, we will help
produce phenomenal young Arkansans!
We
are now extending an opportunity to our community, fans, supporters, and
parents to join us in creating a strong, nationally competitive organization
for our student-athletes. While
basketball is our main tool for encouraging our players, we also promote
“giving back” by volunteering in needed areas throughout the state and
believing in the importance of education and self-discipline. Through our experiences as award-winning
coaches, community leaders, and education professionals, we are dedicated to
ensuring that our athletes graduate from high school with options, pursue
college or post-secondary opportunities, and become successful adults with a
commitment to civic responsibility.
BWU
2027/2032 has developed a fundraising sponsorship to help raise funds to
provide financial support to our student-athletes through tax-deductible
donations. We are striving to build a
solid foundation of resources by constructing a solid financial base to provide
usage of top-notch athletic facilities, new uniforms, new equipment,
transportation, travel, lodging, and athletic equipment.
BWU
2027/2032 understands that only through the generosity of people and businesses
like you, are we able to support our competitive basketball team fully. While our parents and coaches will continue fundraising
for the team, lessening their burden would be ideal.
This
year, like last year, BWU 2027/2032 will travel locally, regionally, and
nationally to compete in highly regarded weekend tournaments garnering exposure
for our athletes. With college/career
readiness at the forefront, our dream is to visit colleges throughout the
country on these trips in hopes that this exposure raises awareness and
attainability for our young student-athletes.
Providing access to these opportunities could catapult them towards the
goals we have set. Your generous
donation will provide an opportunity for our young athletes to become
successful young men!
Not
only do these highly regarded weekend tournaments garner exposure for our
athletes, but they also garner exposure for our sponsors. With 2 teams playing at least 8 in-state
tournaments apiece and each tournament guaranteeing at least 3 games per team
with hundreds attending each tournament, which is the potential of
approximately 50 or more games reaching 1000s of fans throughout the state of
Arkansas! ***** The planned schedule of games is displayed at the end of

Here is the breakdown of the costs for
the upcoming BWU 2027 15U 2024 Spring/Summer Basketball Season:
- Reversible
jersey top and bottom, backpack, and shooting top: $180 per
player, totaling $2160 for the team.
- One
pair of shoes:
$130 per player, totaling $1560 for the team.
- Three
UA Rise Tournaments: $1950.
- Gym
rental fees:
$50 per practice, two practices per week for 21 weeks from March through
July, totaling $2100. This cost may
be lower with some cost share with other BWU team(s) on occasion, practice
cancellations, holidays, schedule conflicts, and other contributing
factors whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
- Eight
in-state tournaments: $250 per tournament, totaling $2000.
- Three
RecruitLook Hoops Tournaments: $1800.
The grand total comes to approximately
$11570, or rounded up to the nearest dollar, $965 per player.

BWU 2027/2032 allows you to help improve the lives of young men. This organization is a 501(c)(3) and all
donations are tax-deductible. We are

SPONSORSHIP POLICY
The following policies have been adopted regarding sponsorship for
BWU 2027/2032:
1.
Any team, coach, or
parent can ask for funds from any person, business, or organization. All
funds solicited on behalf of BWU 2027/2032 must
be rendered and
deposited to BWU 2027/2032.
2.
To receive tax benefits,
all funds must be submitted and payable to
“UNITED AR AAU 2027”.
3.
BWU 2027/2032 will send
a thank you letter to the sponsor and
a tax identification number for that specific
donation amount and year within 14 business days of receipt.
4.
BWU 2027/2032 and the
sponsor agree to sponsorship once funds are rendered valid.
